Expansion of Consciousness explores the relationship between sculpture, light, and the invisible nature of human consciousness. Activated by light, the sculpture transforms, revealing hidden forms and creating a constantly evolving visual experience.

Light becomes more than illumination—it acts as a material that gives presence to what cannot be physically represented, such as emotion, memory, intuition, and inner awareness. As the work changes with light, it reflects the ever-shifting nature of perception and the human mind.

The sculpture presents the theme of Safe Space as a psychological and emotional state where vulnerability, reflection, and self-discovery can unfold. The light radiating from within symbolises the expansion of consciousness beyond the physical body, suggesting a journey from the inner self toward greater awareness and understanding.

By inviting viewers to engage with both the visible and the invisible, the work encourages contemplation of their own emotional and mental landscapes, highlighting the transformative potential of introspection, healing, and personal growth.
